Beautiful place right downtown! They upgraded our room without asking!
What a beautiful hotel! Our room was lovely. We received an upgrade to a larger room and when they dropped off our bags, we received a hand written thank you note. The hotel is decorated beautifully and is very conveniently located to the ferry and plenty of restaurants and shops. The customer service at the hotel was excellent. I would stay here again.
21 Broad is the cutest boutique hotel! It's located right downtown, walking distance to the ferry and a stones throw to delicious restaurants and cute stores. The rooms are updated, spacious, and very comfortable. Staff is very nice, helpful, and they leave out the yummiest chocolate chip sea salt cookies in the evening. I would definitely recommend!
Highly priced for the quality of the rooms. But overall a great place and excellent morning breakfast. Location can't be beat
