We had a wonderful stay at The Brass Lantern Inn. It is located steps from town. We were in one of the dog friendly rooms. It was clean and appeared to be recently updated. Small , but modern bathroom. They provided dog bowls and a cute dog bed. The breakfast was delicious. I would recommend the blueberry scones if they are on the menu. Everything was communicated via text which made check in and ordering breakfast very easy. We can’t wait to go back.

We just loved our room (Elizabeth Starbucks) and the delicious breakfast...everything was spotlessly clean and the Inn was beautiful as well as convenient to everything in town. We brought our own bicycles which we hitched to the bike racks at the Inn, another convenience. When we saw our bedroom online, it didn’t show the bath...which was simply beautiful; it was very similar to one we had when we visited Paris. Wonderful details and lovely toiletries. I guarantee you won’t be disappointed!!nDefinitely coming back. Nantucket is truly a one of a kind place.

We loved our stay in the Barclay Room at the Brass Lantern! We stayed here for our Elopement weekend, and they made it feel extra special with kind words of congratulations, and the offer of a bottle of wine to celebrate!nThis inn is located right in town, but off of the main streets so it stays very quiet at night. During Covid times they offered contact-less check in/check out, and any communication with the staff was done by texts, (always with a prompt response). The breakfasts were wonderful, and this inn is dog friendly which is hard to find on Nantucket!! Additionally, I was so happy that they also have a small car parking lot, another huge convenience for our stay. Couldn't be happier, and would recommend to anyone!

Was looking for a reasonably priced place to spend our anniversary on the island and last minute found a one night deal on their website! Booked the Rosa Rugosa room which was small but cute and clean, all you need for a one night stay! The inn keepers were sweet and had beach chairs, towels, and a beach umbrella for us to take to the beach so we really didn't need to bring a bunch of extra stuff on the island! Breakfast service was great, even though we're in the age of Covid, they really did a good job making it work with contactless ordering the night before and breakfast trays were ready at the time we asked! Would definitely come back!

During a time of uncertainty a get away was very much needed. The Brass Lantern was the perfect place to stay. Contactless stay. Check in, breakfast request, check out and anything else you needed all through text. Place was cozy and spotless. I felt like no one else was at the Inn and they were booked solid. We will definitely be returning!
