Very convenient location right off the ferry. Extremely efficient-I had my bike and was on the road within 5 minutes tops. Plus they offer roadside assistance all day - you can call them if you get a flat (if you have cell service). Also reasonable rates and decent bikes for a rental place. Would definitely use them again.
Rented a bicycle for about a week. Great staff, nice bikes. Includes lock, helmet. Offered after-hours return. Stayed open beyond Columbus Day while their competitor closed. This is the one to rent from -- highly recommended!
Extraordinary service! We have bought all our bikes here as well as rentals for guests. This week end we needed to shorten our rentals by one day..they were booked to puck bikes up one day early, so kept the original pick up date, but didn't charge us for the day!nHighly recommend!
Best bike shop. Customer service is outstanding. Bikes were well maintained and high quality.
