Laughably poor experience:nn- Owner installed a hot tub above us and it leaked. We had a lake in our kitchenn- Staff didn't help at all, they just gave us a towels and leftn- Owner refused the refund us through booking.com (Good thing we booked with a credit card)n- Staff were on drugs, making noise at all hours of the nightn- Horrible smelln- The closet is full of cardboard boxes, broken lamps and other things taking up spacen- Hair from previous renter on the bedn- Leaky faucetsn- Every window screen was brokenn- Over 50% of light bulbs were brokenn- The paint job was horrible. They just stopped halfwayn- Couch was rippedn- Hot water was not working for multiple daysn- We had 1 cutting knife. We asked for more and lids for pans and the staff never got back to usnnOther than that, the wifi was fantastic and it was a spacious living room

DO NOT STAY HERE. Owner charged me when I booked AND 5 days before my stay when I should've only been charged 5 day before my stay. When I asked in advance (but less than 5 days) to cancel my reservation because of serious health reasons, Owner was incredibly rude and wouldn't hear me out. Owner even had a tenant during the length of my booked (but cancelled) stay, so owner got paid twice. Owner has a complaint with the Better Business Bureau that Owner never responded to. You get way less than you pay for. Don't support poor business practices and terrible customer service. There are SO many other home/hotel owners I want to give my money to and that deserve it.

700 dollars and can't even use a washer or dryer. Place is way over priced for what you get which is nothing. No tv connection, no meals. Just wifi and and a bed. Don't waste your time. There nice enough but god damn include something for the amount your charging.

Only positive was we got this last minute after landing in Kona and host was warm and welcoming and decent price. When we arrived the beds were not ready. Trash from previous guests was still there and also bathrooms were dirty

I had a very terrible experience over last summer. Owner Editha was very rude always trying get extra money out of me . NO HOT WATER BUG INFESTED FRIDGE . THE WHOLE PROPERTY IS COVERED IN BLACK MOLD . She just paints over the mold . No electricity after the first night . Also was switched my reservation to the cheaper room after I’ve already paid for the upgrade. Just an overall mediocre experience. I’d rather vacation in a homeless shelter or do 5 years in prison then to ever book with this lady again .
