Very nice room and staff, rustic but perfect setting for volcano hiking
Quaint, picturesque, well-kept lodge. Each room has its own personality. Affordable rates, especially for the quality. Only difficulty is the office hours but if you can't make the check in hours they can make arrangements to coordinate with you.
Spacious room, very comfy bed, pretty gardens outside. Very clean, economical, and friendly staff. Easy to explore lots of areas on the east side of the island from this location.
Very friendly and quiet. Staff was very friendly and gave us good hints how to see the volcano eruption from a save place. Also there was only one other visitor. We will come again. :)
This isn't the Ritz. It's quaint, quiet, scrupulously clean and convenient to Volcano National Park, as well as some amazing restaurants and art galleries. Visit the orchid grower while you are in the area.
