Horizon Guest House

This was our second visit to Horizon Guesthouse and we loved it just as much as we did the first time around. Clem and Angus are excellent hosts - I would come back again just to see them! The property is beautiful and it is a great place to relax. The breakfasts are amazing as well. I love this place!

Horizon Guest House is a very special place with a unique and non-touristy perspective on the Big Island. First of all, their hospitality was unexcelled! Guests want for nothing--from beach chairs to coolers to dishes to a huge linen closet to snorkel gear to sweatshirts! We felt very well taken care of. The setting is beautiful and retreat-like and a lovely big breakfast is served every morning at an elegant table spread! We feel we have found a gem and will be Horizon's guests again and again!

Had the most incredible stay here. It's a small and private property with a panorama view over the coast, infinity pool, jacuzzi, fresh fruit form the garden and amazing breakfast. Most of all: Clem was very flexible and accommodating to our wishes and schedule. We could not have wished for anything more!

What can I say that hasn't already been said? Clem is hospitality personified, the breakfasts rival any 5 star restaurant, the rooms private, comfortable and well appointed, the property and pool stunning...and the view..oh my! It was the end of our around the big island tour to celebrate our 40th anniversary. We found it a peaceful restorative time and truly the best part of our vacation. Would return in a heartbeat!

Aptly name BnB as one has stunning and unimpeded views of the local terrain sweeping down into the ocean. On a clear day you can see the curvature of the earth. Clem and Angus are great hosts and provide a luxurious and pampered stay.
