This place is simple and pleasant and has lively grounds and a wonderful outdoor hot tub. There was some excitement when the water went out one nite and the power another! They serve a tasty complimentary breakfast.
I stayed at this place 10 years ago and at the time it was lovely. Now, this has turned into a sketchy establishment. Their phone lines were not being answered for days and noone called us back. When we finally got an email response after weeks of trying to get through and proved we were eligible for a refund they never got in touch again.
I really enjoyed our 1 night stay at Volcano Inn. The room was very clean and well maintained and the wifi speed was pretty fast too. The staff was kind enough to put our breakfast (which was really good!) in a to go bag because we had to leave super early next day. Wish we stayed here more than one night!
This was such a lovely establishment, it has a tropical Hawaiiana ambiance. It has a great breakfast the banana bread was so yummy. The staff was so nice, Alecia was so sweet and helpful.
This place is terrible. While the work-exchangers are helpful, the management is not. The rooms are terribly decorated and the offices closes early so if you have an issue in the middle of the night (like locked out) there is no help at all. Lastly, they try to invalidate every bad review by saying there’s no record of the person staying there. They hardly even keep records. This place is poorly run and you would have a better experience sleeping on the side of the road.
