over the course of a year, there were at least 10 times that I was told to pick up a filled prescription on a certain day and the prescription was not ready, meaning a wait of 45 minutes to an hour. The pharmacy is inconsistent in sending texts that advise pick up, and telephone messages cannot be trusted. The only reason to prefer this pharmacy its is prices on veterinary medications. I can get the same indifferent service at Longs/CVS for the same prices. Oh, and no need to wait in a half hour line at Longs to get in the building in which the pharmacy can be accessed.
10/10 experience every time we come here! We love our kona Costco!
