Longs Drugs Pharmacy

I don't know what all the complaints are for. I've been around the country. The people at the drive through window are excellent. They have the prescription ready when your doctor office calls it in and then your insurance approves. The only rudeness I experienced was inside from a dark haired supervisor or a lead of the cashiers. She acts like she cannot wait to get off duty on the mid shift. She make me sick. But the rest? Is excellent compared Nation wide.

Under staffed over worked stressed, not friendly inefficient. Longs wait in line with only one counter person. even with no line I have a long wait. Have since switched to Longs Keaau with excellent service.

The slowest pharmacy I have ever experienced. Prescription called an hour ago from ER for a very time sensitive medication. Still not ready and this place has a drive thru window, lol! One in Pahoa the longest I have waited is 30 minutes for something I handed in. Go ANYWHERE else!

Typically a long wait. Specifically during my most recent visit, I experienced incredibly poor customer service by a young lady named Camry (Kamrie). She was not wearing a name tag. This girl had a dour demeanor, heinous customer service skills, a disrespectful attitude, and was completely unprofessional. She should be fired and/or retrained, and should have no contact with the public until she learns how to provide service to customers in an appropriate and respectful manner. Shame on her; tactless, mannerless, an embarrassment. This pharmacy needs to be more selective in their hiring process.
