i tried to fill a prescription at kta pharmacy, they said my insurance (ohana) rejected to paynfor it. i called ohana, and they said the pharmacy made a mistake by submitting it undernthe behavioral plan, instead of the medicaid plan. now i have to go back to the pharmacynand do this again. they failed at the most simple, basic thing they should be able to do.nthey get MINUS ONE star.
