The pharmacist manager nicole M. Is incompetent and rude. If i could give 0 stars i would.nThis pharmacy failed to fill a script I need for seizures, and when I spoke to nicole m. About it, she had ABSOLUTELY NO INTEREST.nnInstead of LISTENING to my issue and resolving it, she stated that she doesnt need this drama and that she would not fill any scripts for me AT HER PHARMACY.nnLike i would trust your pharmacy again after you failed to fill my script and then lie about it being insurance. I called my insurance, theres no issue there.nnSo... instead of addressing and resolving the issue, the manager Nicole M. Banned me from using longs drubgs. Lmao.nnI reported her to longs and there will be an inquiry.nnGood luck nicole.

I noticed a few bad review which is far from my experiences so I want to share how wonderful all of the staff are. Always friendly, recognize customers by name, and many instances the pharmacist Nicole went oit her way to make sure provide what I need in most cost efficient ways. Over the years I've been their customer, staff changed many times but over all the service quality has remained the same excellent level. I am not sure if some. Customer just had a fluke bad experience, but I think they are great!!!

The pharmacy staff does not properly inform you of medication manufacturer changes, and you can unknowingly actually receive the medication you have been taking for years but they give you a different brand due to switching manufacturers. Then when bringing up the change, you have to PAY for your original prescription because insurance won’t cover their mistake and they do not walk you thru other options, I.e a Prior authorization that a doctor can submit. We send our patients prescriptions daily and I have found switching brands can cause bad adverse side affects. If this pharmacy is suppose to help us care for our patients, how are we to trust them with these type of mistakes that can affect a patients systemic function?nNicole was very useless and not helpful in the process of receiving my rightful prescription and after this last transaction I will be switching pharmacies. Thank you.

If I could give zero stars I would. Most incompetent staff at this pharmacy than any other. Called CVS Corporate to complain and they even admitted the staff at this pharmacy get a lot of complaints.
