Longs Drugs

I want to thank Isabelle who goes by Izzy. She helped me find what I needed in a very kind and friendly manner. I wasn’t sure how to access the employees, so I hope this gets to her. Thank you for the help.

Someone in the pharmacy is shorting people on painkillers. I picked up a prescription that was supposed to contain 28 pills, but there were only 24 in the bottle. I called to let them know and to see if there was anything that could be done, and the pharmacist told me that since I had already taken the prescription home, there was nothing they could do to help me. So count your pills as soon as they hand them to you, and don't leave until you know you have the right amount! The pharmacist told me they count the pills twice before they put them in the bottle. I doubt this was a mistake. You can't trust this pharmacy with your medicine.

Always clean, well stocked and great friendly service,, but tonight was over the top… We were working on some business papers and needed some supplies that were not in stock and Holly went up in the back inventory upstairs and found what we were needing :) instead of us having to drive clear on the other side of the Kona... Thank you thank you Holly for your great service!! Mahalo!!

Walmart had 2 boxes of 24 pills while Longs Drugs had 3 boxes of 48 pills that I was looking for. Thus, I can say that Longs Drugs have more drugs than Walmart. I subtracted one star because I was asked to present a CVS card. I did not know that Longs Drugs is now a part of CVS. I wish they change their sign to CVS.

This longs always has all their sale items in stock. They have a great pharmacy. They take a little longer now but the pharmacist herself will call personally to check on prescription refills. She also gives great advice.
