CVS

The pharmacy staff are incapable of answer a simple question, they always relay on the system, the manager not scheduling the right amount of people, etc. And when you try to complain they just don't let you, they are so unprofessional that disclosed information they are not supposed to, listen, my doctor call to place a refill for my med and she was told that they wouldn't be taking the prescription because one of the time y went I was rude to the employees, that time I wasn't rude I couldn't understand why after a week my prescription wasn't filled, y went 3 times that week, finally the employee said that I didn't provide him with the prescription note, that I showed to him but that was it. I had to call the doctor and ask them to send the prescription over. I went 3 more time after this episode and everything was ok, I believe the manager, the chubby lady with short hair that always eating something.

I'm extremely upset and frustrated. I have called this pharmacy about 5-6 times regarding my prescription and have been waiting since yesterday to pick it up. Every time I call they say it's going to be an hour.... I literally called FIVE hours ago and they said an hour, just called again and it will be another hour and a half. When I told them it was ridiculous they truly did not care whatsoever, just said they've been "busy". I have NEVER had this issue with any pharmacy. These are peoples medications you're working on here. How can you not care at all?

Love this CVS. I have been going here for the past year. The management are saints for dealing with some of the rude people that come in there. I have seen the manager Jennifer deal with some crazy people and she holds her composure. Her and her assistant Alex are dolls and the rest of the staff are always friendly. They are always so up beat and playful. Must be a great place to work. It's definitely a great place to shop! Kyle and Judy in pharmacy are always so kind too. I'm glad you brought Kyle the pharmacist in, the last lady was not great. Thanks for all you do CVS!

They provide good customer service. They screen their customers (meaning they perform security/camera checks) and that is to be expected at a place that has so many different products to offer at unreasonable prices.

Extremely poor pharmacy communication almost life threatening experience with this store during there power outage. Even corporate was no help at all!!!!
