This rating is for today only. I'm a customer of Walgreens pharmacy at this location, and usually I'm very happy with the service there. I have MANY prescriptions. Today, I stopped by to pick up a prescription, and pulled up behind one car in front of me. I waited for about 15 minutes before I called the store to find out what the delay was. There were three cars behind me that ended up leaving. When I called, I was informed the pharmacy was on their lunch break. this would've been fine, but there is no sign announcing this. When I called to tell the store manager that there's no signage to remind people of this, he informed me that there is a sign, in the lower corner of the drive through window. WHICH IS NOT VISIBLE FOR ANYONE BUT THE FIRST CAR. He never apologized for the inconvenience, only saying that he would pass on the message. It wasn't just myself waiting unnecessarily, it was also the three people behind me. They need to put up signage that is visible from the drive through line so this doesn't have to happen again.

Took my 96 year old mother for flu shot. Got there at 1:29. Would not give her shot until after there 30 minute lunch. No other customers there at time. Would not put off there break for couple of minutes to give her shot. We left. Mother was to weak and tired to sit and wait. Will never shop there again

I love this pharmacy! Sam is always so pleasant and helpful. You all work so hard and are front line in this covid pandemic ! Thank you!!

Horrible customer service and patient care in pharmacy. I waited with a patient in pain for FIVE HOURS to fill a prescription. We won't be coming back

My wife and I were at the counter to pay with my 2 year old and infant daughter. My daughter asked for a lollipop when we were paying for it and the cashier had the audacity to comment "you could understand her better if she didn't have a binky in her mouth." Seriously?!!! She is 2 and a Walgreen's cashier is telling us how to parent?! We're in our thirties and don't need to be told by a clerk in their fifties at Walgreens how to raise our daughter. Totally inappropriate.
