So I came to get a suite one evening, very late I might add... And when it came time to pay I handed the lady my Visa debit card and she said she would only accept a credit card. So I go to the car and get my credit card and came back in and again the lady said we don't accept THAT credit card.nnSo I thought I would be smart and go online and make a reservation and pay online as well, (while using my debit card that accepted my payment, the debit the clerk had previously denied.)nnFinally after all the hassle I had booked my Room. I again joined the woman at the front desk gave her my reservation and instead of Being greeted with kindness and a Room number she again told me she needed a credit card Which you did not mention while making the reservation online.nI did not overreact , even though I very much wanted to stop my feet and throw a temper tantrum.nnMy night Ended at a Best Western 5 minutes away.nnSo thanks for nothing Quality Inn and suites Federal Way/Seattle. I would not recommend this hotel.
We scheduled our honeymoon for the 28th- 30th and they canceled our jacuzzi room because they thought we were arriving on the 27th... we live hours away and we told them on the phone which days. On the way up there, we called to let them know we were on our way. It was raining pretty bad. The guy had a bad attitude and didn't offer another room even. We called silver cloud and got us in right away. Bad miscommunication with this hotel!!!
Way over priced for what they offer and what there is there.
I stayed here 11 days. Room was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Lucy the housekeeper did an excellent job. Breakfast was great. Very friendly staff. Despite the negative reviews I had a great experience. I would not hesitate to stay here again next time I'm in the Seattle area. Great job owner & management!
Not as good as the last time we stayed. Large group of teen swim teams. Someone pulled fire alarm, left us waiting outside in 30 degree weather with 50 kids in swim suits. In the morning, they were all gorging themselves on breakfast. I waited to go not realizing it ended at 9 am. 5 minutes too late. Room had some debris on the benches Bobbie pin, lint, but fairly clean.
