We were traveling from WA back to L.A. Love the friendliness of the front desk woman.. i also appreciate the fact they take small dogs (only $15 pet fee).. it was very clean also...I have given 4 stars only because they had a queen and king left but we needed 2 beds. Ended up cancelling our stay, found evidence of bed bugs. Peeked under the brown mattress foundation covers, you'll find they have box spring covers made to block out bed bugs, and examining right around the bed frame hinges are multiple dark black spots on both sides of the foundation indicating insect feces. Also, the staff appears to be aware of the situation, since there were bed bug traps/bait stations stuck to the mattress covers, right near the frame hinge feces area. DO NOT STAY HERE. Your life will be a living hell if and when you carry these bugs back to your home. More folks need to be savvy to check for these things, if just to keep these pests at bay. Sorry, QI, but thanks for the refund and hopefully you resolve this problem at your establishment.

Enjoyed our stay here. The room was very clean and water pressure was good. Bed was very comfortable. Angel, the woman that checked us in, was absolutely wonderful. Highly recommend.
