The Inn At Cross Keys Station

The staff is friendly and helpful. We were told, at our reservation, that we would get a first floor room near exit. There wasn’t any available. We got a second floor room. It was quite chilly when we checked in. The heater wasn’t working. Staff tried to fix it. Unable to fix, so put us in a lovely FIRST floor room suite. The heater didn’t work there either. They brought us a little space heater. My husband did NOT want to get a third room.nI asked why they didn’t make sure equipment worked before checking people in. The staff member said both rooms were rented for two weeks and there wasn’t anything said about the heat. Weird.

Nice pool and hot tub. But you can hear the plumbing and every footstep coming from the rooms above. I recommend asking for room on the top floor. Front desk staff is very nice and helpful. However, the maid staff plays their music in the hallways and rooms and will knock on your door before checkout and try to open it. This happened twice to us.

Hotel rated as 2.0 type hotel. The service at hotel to me is rated as a 5.0 type service. Pool was clean and warm water. Front desk was immaculate, especially the front desk clerk. I would receive men’s anyone I know to stay, and yes!!! I’ll be back.

For the price of the room to stay One night I thought it would be better. It was rated a 4.4 so we thought we'd try it out. The room felt very crowded, almost smothering. The extra amenities for the bathroom were very limited. The TV was outdated was just a let down along with the coffee maker. Breakfast was OK. It's a shame because the main lobby is beautiful, and it really gives off a fancy castle vibe but the rooms are not up with the times. It's 2021 why not upgrade, but won't be staying there again.

Clean and comfortable. Would stay here again. The smell of Bacon in the morning. They were friendly and helpful.
