Holiday Inn Express & Suites the Dalles

The hotel is new, clean and orderly. The staff was very courteous and accommodating. Jan the breakfast attendant was the sweetest lady and gets your day off to a positive start with her amazing customer service. I also left something in the room and they called me within 10 minutes so I could turn around and get it. We recommend this place! They also have an indoor pool available for reservations but no hot tub.

I can not express enough gratitude and the kindness the staff has shown our family. Randy specifically has been nothing but understanding, kind, personable and just plain NICE. A lot of places you stay in no matter if they are a hotel or motel, you stay not for the price but for the customer service, conversation and safety. If you travel and you are in the Dalles i would HIGHLY recommend allowing Randy to provide exceptional service to you and your family as he has done with mine. We had an absolutely wonderful stay, Randy was a fantastic host and made sure to take extra care of everyone he encountered. It was a pleasure to stay somewhere with such lovely staff. The bed was amazing after a long day of driving, and the shower was incredible. I will always stay there when going through the gorge!

The Holiday Inn was a great stay! We had a very large work crew come to stay for the evening with many changes in between and requests. Front Office Manager Randy Casey was very accommodating and responsive to any changes I had. He was able to put over 60 of us up in the hotel with less than a weeks warning. Everyone enjoyed their stay and the rooms were clean, and comfortable! I highly suggest the Holiday Inn The Dalles, and for any questions to contact Randy!

Extremely clean, wonderful staff, great breakfast service. The front desk staff (Randy!) was excellent and always friendly and helpful. The fact they had a working pool (and were safely scheduling it during COVID) was a highlight of our trip. Would happily stay here anytime I’m in the Dalles.
