PARTY PALACE. NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY. VERY NOISY!!!! Broken glass and trash and trash all over hallways for days. No front desk to call at night if neighbors are noisy and going crazy, and they don't do anything about it anyways when informed. I told the manager about the glass and she di nothing for the entire time we stayed.. This place is a housing complex for criminals and drug users and there are no rules or noise restrictions. Would be nice if the workers actually were here to do something about the crime and noise. But they don't care. They don't even give shampoo or bother to clean the rooms during your stay.
It wasn't for us. I can see how it may help someone else but for our standards the room had a weird smell and there were cracks between the doors where little bugs and what not can get through.
It was so small but it was the perfect price. The lament flooring was nice. Didnt need to worry about our noise level the walls were thick. The bed was ok. The kitchen was ok. I enjoyed the stove but wish there had been an oven. Casa grande is a bit far to drive to save money on a place in phoenix. But it was nice to get away. Casa Grande is a GREAT city. I loved it there!!
The office staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable and very quiet. I will return if I come back.
Always curteous, Always kept clean and very professional....prices go down depending on how long you stay. Grounds are always taken care of and maintenance is always there when u need them. Management who'll do what they can to address your issues...
