We spent 3 days there. Never made beds, nor changed linens. No new towels. 2 awful pillows for 2 people. Place is falling apart. Pool was decent.
Not a fancy hotel but it's nice and clean. Rooms are spacious and comfy.n... And you have free wifi which a lot of the higher-end hotels charge you for.nI would definitely stay here again.
I had a terse experience with the front desk about checking in at 1 instead of 3. I felt they were snippy and a little rude. The room..for the price they should be ashamed. The shower had been cracked a long time ago in multiple places. The shower head sprayed from the connection. Hairs on the ledge from previous guest, hairs in the sink. The pullout couch had big dark stains in it. This should not be a Choice Hotel. It needs remodeling and updating.This hotel is VERY overpriced.
They upgraded our room to a suite for no reason, just being awesome! The room was spectacular. Clean, roomy, stylish, comfortable. Buffet breakfast was nice. Pool access with hot tub. Loved the staff here. Very friendly and accommodating. Would return.
I'd give it 0 stars but that's not an option. I booked a room for a relative staying in Casa Grande. My reservation was confirmed 2 times for a king room and a confirmed price. When I go to check in, it's $20 more and they didn't have any king rooms. So , they gave me a queen double. (For extra money.) The front desk clerk said she couldn't change the price to honor my reservation. I wouldn't suggest this hotel, just on the account of principal.
