Made reservations for a wedding, told them it was for a wedding, arrived at 2:30, room was not ready & wouldn’t be ready for at least 45 min & the wedding started at 4. Found a different hotel that could accommodate us & they at first refused to cancel my reservation even though they didn’t have a room for us. They were rude and could care less that they screwed up & we almost missed the wedding. Very disappointed. As to your response you are lying, flat out lying. We were never given the option for a different room . I even walked out & when I came back in to cancel my reservation, again never given the option for a different room which I would have gladly taken. I was actually told there was nothing they could do to get us in a room earlier. At this point I will contact Best Western Corporate to let them know of the terrible customer service as well as the lies to cover it up. Even though the check I was at 3 I was told the room wouldn’t of been ready by then either and that you were short handed & I was out of luck. At that point I was upset , angry & I raised my voice when they refused to cancel my reservation. DO Not Book with this hotel if you have somewhere important to be, they are not reliable and the staff lies to cover up their inadequacies.

Very clean, not over crowded, rooms were very nice. Compliments to housekeeping. ... they folded my clothes and did an outstanding job. That's why I left a nice tip!

I feel fortunate that we were able to stay here without reservations. I had made a reservation at a Best Western in a different town by mistake but this Gold Canyon Best Western graciously had an open room and have allowed us to stay here.

The hotel itself was nice, I chose this hotel because they had a jacuzzi. That the night I've attendant wouldn't let me use.. hot tub closed at 10 she took forever to check us in and when I asked about keeping the hot tub open a little longer as I had been moving all day was tired and sore. Literally the entire reason I picked the hotel and didn't even get to use the hot tub.

Great service and value. Very nice accommodations, a wonderful staff that worked around the clock to make guests comfortable and safe during social distancing restrictions. Thank you to everyone at the Best Western Canyon Inns and Suites.
