It appeared as though they are updating the place the rooms were clean , The AC units worked really well ( in Arizona you have to appreciate that ) for the price of the room it's slightly above what you paid for it (if you will) HOWEVER .. if you have pets be cautious of the extended stay Pit Bull Owner . I have a Pit myself , She is not trained to be vicious , protective yes vicious no the dog was aggressively behaving toward us which in turn my dog instinctively reacted the human of this dog seemed to get some kind of joy out it . And would not do anything to redirect her dog even when we asked nicely This is a pet friendly place however trained I know that my dog by breed is a big liability therefore I remain conscious of it at all times it's no longer friendly When there ignorance amongst the crowd of pet owners Although this place was ok I more than likely would not return .
First room the sheets were stained!!! Carpeting was gross!!! No washcloths or hand towels and the 2 bath towels were dingy gray and worn!!! NO SMOKE ALARM, SPRINKLERS or wastebasket and someone else's remnants of brushing their teeth on the faucet!!! Very poor water pressure...just a dribble coming out of the sink!!!
This is a horrible place to stay, cheap but you get what you pay for... The room smelled like cigarette smoke bad and the bed sheets were stained and dirty also the towels were dirty, the toilet seat was broken which we asked for them to replace it, they replaced it but with the wrong toilet seat, and then left the trash in the unit afterwards..I would not even get into the shower it was that bad.. the only reason I stayed there with my family was because our truck had broke its serpentine belt on the way back from camp Verde to Tucson and we didn't have much of a choice. I would not even give them a star... But it will not let me post this unless I give them a star so I'm giving them a one just so I can post this even though they deserve a negative one, This place is horrible and needs much much much improvement, stay clear of this hotel!!
It was nice n enjoyed relaxing for the night ..
No cable or satellite TV. Only Netflix, Hulu, etc. Called 'Happy Inn' on sign. Sheets and towels were stained. I asked twice for pillowcases, but never received any. One bed was broken. Pool is green and closed. The first room that they gave me didn't even have curtains! Will not be going back.
