Comfortable. I did not run into any pests. Microwave and refrigerator in our room I believe. Stayed overnight with a family of 4. Kids enjoyed the outdoor pool.
I had a reservation, arrived at check-in time on email confirmation. After standing in the lobby for about 15 minutes I was rudely greeted by a man who said they won’t have my room available for several hours after check-in time. The lobby has caution tape all over looking like a dirty crime scene. The staff and environment were very disturbing. I cancelled my reservation and stayed across the street at Holiday Inn Express. Their staff was amazing and housekeeping was able to prep a room for my reservation within 10 minutes. Worth the few extra dollars to go elsewhere
Not only was my stay at this location phenomenal and flawless but they held a valuable item that I had forgotten there for days so that I could pick it up. Would recommend to anyone.

I stay in hotels about 2 to 3 times a week all year round so booking a hotel room is not new to me, but I did mess up today and tried to call this location for 2.5 hours and also had Wyndham call this location for over 30 minutes to try and fix the problem before my husband showed up at the hotel. They never answered. Then when he was checking in told my husband she could not fix the reservation she could only cancle it and redo it and charge him more. Well of course. So when I called to see why they never answered the phone for the 3 hours I tried to get it corrected she answered right away because my husband was standing in front of her. Then told me her phone never rang before that. I told her I had the call log to prove it and she said there was no need for me to be rude. Well I said I just need you to do your job. Then she proceeded to hang up on me. I called back to ask her name and was told she would call the cops on me if I called again. Well since it was already midnight I figured I didn't want to get my husband kicked out because of her that I would call management in the morning. I would never go to this place again would never recommend them either unless you want poor customer service.
