They get no star for me at all! The pharmacy is absolutely horrible on customer service and they lie! I got my script called into them because they said they would honor the goodrx price. I get there to pick my script up and they tell me no they will not honor that price. I explain to them that I called and I told them who I talked to. And explained that when I called I told them what my medication was and told them the price on goodrx. They did not care at all that they just lied to me and will not honor that price. Not only did they lie to me they broke me. I could of went down the rd and got them way cheaper but I thought I was getting the best deal and who would think they would actually lie to you like that. So I had my script called in to them so I was stuck. Highway robbery if you ask me and rude as could be workers. They lost a good customer.

Great to have Bashas so close.Really works for me when i need to grab something at the last minute. (All) the people that work there are so nice, always welling to help.I will miss them when i move out of the area. God Bless you all.

I was heart broken when my insurance told me i had to use cvs. Bent over backwards just to keep being able to get my meds thru them. I love this pharmacy

I've lived in Gold Canyon for over 10 years. Recently, my mother-in-law moved here from Gilbert. She, my wife and I have repeatedly said, Basha's Gold Canyon is the best, by far.nnI've seen them go out of their way many times. When Banner prescribed a compound, the main Basha's pmcy in Mesa called and said they would have to prepare it and send it out the next day. Not long after, I got a call from Tim in GC Basha's who said he would mix for me and have it that afternoon. And that was not the first time. Take your time to get to know them. Help them help you. You may at times have to call the doctor and have them re-send the Rx. But, stick with them. I feel like could not be in better hands. Tim, Kathryn, and Karen, and I'm sure others.

Wanted to charge $150 for 50 diabetic strips with average insurance. Went home and bought 50 diabetes one tough strips on Amazon for $25 and free shipping. Up your Bashas'. Just plain out right thievery.
