I just spoke with Michelle, the Pharmacy tech and she was the most polite, helpful, and pleasant person! Incredible service. I am so happy we switched to this pharmacy. My daughter has a progressive disease and we’ll be needing services here regularly for as long as we live in the area. It’s reassuring to be treated so well.

My review is for the staffs at the counter and the photo department. They are very kind and friendly. Jennifer is extrmely sweet and never show any attitude when accepting fedex packages. Infact she is always positive. The other staff are also super polite and helpful. They always greet you as you enter the store. I cant comment on thr pharmacy as I do not have not use the service there.nWalgreen needs to catch up and renovate their store and offer new services if they want to continue to compete in the convenience shopping sector.

I think the pharmacy staff is more helpful and friendly at the other Maricopa location. The hallway to the restrooms was littered with papers and had not been cleaned. For a pharmacy in the midst of a Covid pandemic, the condition of the restroom was totally unacceptable. At mid morning, the waste basket was overflowing with paper and towels all over the floor. The floor of the main store was not clean. The cleaning staff had not cleaned in to the corners. Upon looking at the floors, you could see where the cleaner’s mop went under the chairs. The chairs hadn’t been moved to thoroughly clean beneath them.

Photo guy is rude af. Would rather drive 18 mile into the the city to purchase my photos vs dealing with that miserable & downer employee. I would’ve preferred he didn’t speak at all & just rang me out in silence. Poor customer service

Worst guest service ever at this pharmacy. Whatever girl answered the phone tonight was extremely rude, very unhelpful and refused to fill my anabiotic prescription Even though the other Walgreens pharmacy I frequent in Chandler fills all my prescriptions. I use the RX card. There should be no questions in regards to that as I have used it multiple times even when insured. I will never go to this Walgreens in Maricopa again . And will never recommend them to anyone. They make their own rules and their guest service is horrible. The concern should be the welfare of the patient, considering it is an anabiotic so it is very much needed and now I am without due to their ignorance.
