I would give this cvs negative stars if possible. The pharmacy workers are so incompetent, and you would think maybe they would hire at little above average people to work in such an area. The lady who answers the phones (if they ever answer I usually give up after 30 minutes waiting) is rude and just tells you anything you want to hear to get you off the phone quick. So once you waste your time going down there they tell you it isn’t ready. The girls are rude as hell and talk about you like you aren’t there, or just say something and don’t acknowledge your presence anymore at all. I will never use this place EVER again.

Every time I walk into the CVS in Maricopa, AZ, at least one employee welcomes me. Everyone has been extremely helpful when I can't find something. I wish I could remember some of the names because I'd like to thank them personally. One person named Jason was incredible! He did some serious multi-tasking while helping me, but I haven't seen him there lately.

CVS is by far the best pharmacy I in Maricopa. They can get busy and sometimes it’s hard to get someone on the phone, but if I stop by they can usually expedite my family’s prescription refills when needed. Sometimes it may take a bit longer than other times (maybe an hour instead of 20 minutes) but they never give false information or waste my time. I think all pharmacies are short staffed, it’s not their fault it’s the higher ups. They definitely do an amazing job here given the high volume of customers they take care of. I used to dread having to fill prescriptions for my family, but the staff at this CVS has made it more convenient and much less of a hassle.

I arrived at this location at 9pm. I purchased chocolate and a elderberry drink. I shop here normally and the employees are extremely rude. Today was by far the worst experience that felt very racial. I checked out with a lady named Linda I showed her online the Elderberry I was purchasing said $19.99 in stores only at their location on the app but shows $21.49 here, she says she doesn’t know they don’t price match. I explained well I can’t order it because it says in store only and asked for a manager. Russ came to assist and he would not look at me and just rudely asked Linda what is it. I then explain again and he said no price matching you can buy it for $21.49 and that’s that. He then said this isn’t the product and I said i scanned it and did it again and he was like we still cannot change the price. I proceeded to purchase my things and got my receipt I saw I had coupons for the things I just purchased that were not applied to my card so I wanted to return and get a refund. Linda tried to place refund about 5-6 times even using a different register. She then called Russ again and explained I am unable to process refund to card because it won’t work i need to refund in cash. He continued to tell her you don’t need to put it on that exact card make her use another one. We tried that and did not work so she continued to explain numerous times he was basically arguing with her telling her why can’t you do it and i interrupted and said she has told you 15times that it’s not working and cash refund is needed and he says oh you been up here 15times and then he made her try to process the refund again and again it don’t work and he states it’s because she pulled her card out and i said because it says use a different card and please just do the cash refund as she requested so I can go. She proceeded the cash refund I ask for the district managers name and she says Jessica and looks to Russ to give me her full name. Russ says the name very quickly and her last name was unique Jessica something and so I asked to write it down please and he said won’t you just call the 800 number and i explained i will not be calling anything. I asked again for Russ to write her name down and he told me no and proceeded to walk away and I said so you won’t assist me he said no and walked in his back office and i left and got in the car it was 945pm and that was all for chocolate and elderberry drink
