Another sad, frustrating experience at the Walgreens Gantzel Pharmacy.nDisrespectful, unmotivated STAFF in the Pharmacy area. I have been overcharged for prescriptions for months, maybe even years, because STAFF in the Pharmacy are either unable or unwilling to properly processnpharmacy claims through valid health plans.nA SPECIAL THANK YOU TO ZACK - COMPASSIONATE, CARING, COMPETENT AND PROFESSIONAL!!
Worse pharmacy service ever, had to wait for over 35 minutes on Saturday, will definitely change location (time is 4pm)
Excellent service! Katherine in the pharmacy was very friendly and was able to answer all of my questions. She even ran to grab the one item I forgot to bring to check out
Long wait in drive thru. But, service did not suffer.
I have been going to the Walgreens for many years! No matter who is working I always have a great experience there!! Everyone is very helpful and kind! I have used all services (pharmacy, photo, make-up counter) of Walgreens and have no complaints! Great Job Walgreens!!
