Beautiful area. Entire complex is well maintained.
Great location
This is one of the Affordable Condo Developments in Grater Park City Utah that allow nightly rentals. Great for owner occupied or as an investment.
This condo complex has the worst Property Management homeowners association I have ever encountered in my life. I would advise you if you're considering staying here and certainly if you're considering buying a property here do yourself a huge favor and look somewhere else. Homeowners association goes well beyond incompetent almost to the level of criminal negligence.
Close to the ski resorts (maybe 10 mins from Canyons) and a perfect spot for two couples. We stayed in a two bedroom and it had two bathrooms. The living room has two couches, a fireplace, TV and DVD player. A (small) kitchen was perfect for making breakfasts and lunches for the slopes. We we're really happy with this space!
