Have stayed at this brand in a few other cities. Very modern feel, lots of neat little things that makes you feel important. This particular stay the shower drain was not doing its job, it then took about twenty minutes after a shower for it be complete. The iron was dirty, as if who ever used it burnt something to it. The filters for the ac were dirty, I did clean one that's when I realized the shower drain didn't drain well, left a dirty scum on the shower floor. There were what looked like food stains on the couch. Enjoy this brand will visit other locations.
Great hotel to stay in Reno. Clean and spacious room. Front desk team are very friendly. Highly recommended if you're looking for a place to stay in Reno.

I love the Marriott brand, but never in all my years of being a titanium elite member have I been treated so bad. The lady that works the night shift, older lady with red hair treated me like a criminal. She had the worse attitude on both days I stayed. I thought maybe it was a bad day the first night, but man she made me feel worse the second. I tried talking to a manager about the issue, but still haven’t received a call back. I will be writing to Marriott direct on this one.
Rooms were very Modern and Clean. Check was efficient but clerk a bit brusque. Beds were comfortable and amenities new. Great room at a great price. Would definitely return.
