Staff are super nice very affordable and they do the best to accommodate your needs. Kinda hit building still being fixed up no AC at the moment but there are fans. ud83dude01
Visited a friend the staff is rude, no masks no social distancing. There were roaches in the room and halls. Filthy just a horrible place. I felt I needed to shower when I left. Do not go there.
A lot of roaches, maintenance does little to nothing for the building. Some of the staff are cool, but the head people are rude and will not work with you!
I've lived here for 3 years, I keep a very clean room, and I have no issues with bugs. If you are a dirty person, then you will have bugs. If you mind your own business and act like an adult, then you should be ok. The ones that complain about the hotel are angry disgruntled tenants that had to leave due to their bad behavior.
What a nightmare! Showed up for my reservation and immediately left and found a motel 6. The people running the place automatically assume you are there for dubious reasons. Possibly dirtiest MOTEL in reno.
