This was a very pleasant experience for myself and the large group that I am traveling with. The whole staff took extremely good care of us. The rooms had to be booked last minute and the general manager Christina Velasquez was just so understanding and warm and welcoming she made us feel loved and right at home. She definitely has a gift for hospitality.
I was 2000 miles from home and escaping an abusive situation. My Dad talked to them over the phone that night and they let me check in at 8:30am. They let me sleep in the lobby from 6ish till then and offered me a hot breakfast. It was so clean and nice and quiet. It really helped me recover from a traumatic situation and feel safe. It was so easy to get to the airport from there. They had a shuttle every 15 minutes. I saw families, a lot of skiers and it was a real wholesome atmosphere. I will be back if I never am in reno again. Otherwise I will keep comfort inn in may mind when traveling.

I didn't want to stay at the comfort in at all but my husband did. I was pleasantly surprised. Clean. Safe location. Not too far from anything. Didn't hear the freeway or airport at all. Friendly staff. The parking lot was fenced on 3 sides so it looks safe. Would stay again.
I moved to this hotel mid-trip because the first place where I stayed was so obnoxiously loud I had 2 nights of horribly interrupted sleep. Comfort Inn was wonderful! They booked me right away when I called (only took 2 minutes). They were friendly when I arrived and seemed genuinely concerned about my bad experience at the other hotel. My room was clean, comfortable, affordable, and QUIET! I will absolutely stay here again on my next business trip to Reno.
