Safe.. Clean... Affordable. The owner is very attentive and doesn't allow any mischief. Great place to call home. Always full and most tenants have been residents for long term.

Awesomeness
Well it is a good place.BUT....I've seen and heard a few things that i wasn't comfortable with for these people here to be older you would think they would mind they own business I've been here 4months the only African-American however I just stay in my room when I do come out i will speak only out of respect .as long as you don't tell none of your business to them and stay out of theirs you will be okay everyone here has something to say about one another and still smile in they face like a snake....other than that I'm blessed to be here...
