Great hotel considered the price. Large quiet room with microwave and fridge. Wifi and cable and a comfortable bed. There was even underground parking which was great for the snow. I would stay again
My wife and I enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, great beds, and a staff that cannot be beat. We will definitely be staying here next time we are in Carson City.
Stayed for 3 weeks to access Epic ski areas and not be in Reno. I am mildly disabled and let the staff know they were so helpful giving me a special cup for my morning coffee as I was likely to spill from a styrofoam cup. They are on a skeleton crew due to Covid but they cleaned my room every 5 days. Really very impressed with the kindness and attention to detail. Price is exceptional and the staff even nicer.
The owner of this place is an absolute doll! By far the best customer service I've ever received from any hotel, ever! The room was very clean and has a real home feeling! I got a 2 room suit and it was less than most standard rooms at other places.
Very clean and lovely front desk person. Also great walking distance to lots of food and entertainment.
