Stevenson's Holliday Inn

If you’re looking for a bargain... this might be the spot. Don’t expect a ton of bells and whistles. It isn’t a bad place for the cost. You’re probably comparing it to prices in the area. It’s located pretty close to so many places to go and eat. The room itself could use some updating, but for what they’re charging... you are getting what you paid for. If you just need a place to drop off your stuff, shower and sleep because you’re spending your time in Tahoe doing things, then this is perfect.

An old place but I have to say that this place is very clean they have redone the rooms on the inside to me it's great. Price is great, far less than other places. It is well appointed, walls are soundproof 90% so no listening in on conversations.

Cute little hole in the wall motel. When we came they did not charge us extra for our two dogs. The people running the place are very friendly and helpful. If your just looking for a place to rest and don't want the high price and frills of all the other resort hotels in the area then this place is great. We will definitely be coming here again

Im a repeat guest and always will be.....Super friendly owner...clean spacious rooms...I have found my gem in kings beach for my 4 person family and dog to stay comfortable

This hole in the wall motel is reminiscent of the motels back in the 1970s here in Tahoe. Especially Villa Vista which has been torn down and replaced with the time share “Tonopalo.” This place has a very nostalgic charm. If you’re expecting Marriott or Hilton, you’re in for a rude awakening. It’s pet friendly and in a great location here in King’s Beach. I would definitely stay here again. The manager, operator is named Neil and he’s very helpful with your needs. I think the best word to describe it is, cozy. What would make this absolutely perfect is to have a lake view. But you can still hear the lake which is just a couple hundred feet away.
