Do not go here.nWe should have walked down the hallway first because the hall carpets are dirty. Some of the outer doors don't close.nThe non-smoking room strongly smelled like smoke.nThe bathroom door had peeling paint. The bathtub faucet dripped and the toilet ran all night.nThe pillows were made some type of lumpy shredded foams and were uncomfortable.nThe beds weren't noticeably dirty so thank goodness for that at least.nThe only thing I liked was the comfy blue chair in the room.

Great staff one of all is the women in the front from Cali. She is amazing and works to meet and exceed customers needs. I truly had an amazing experience there even though when checking in was delayed due to unfortunate events and holiday weekend she made it professional and kept us informed. I would definitely stay here again just because of her.

Upon arrival it does not appear to be how its represented on line. The staff and the room were great. However, the neighborhood is sketchy looking with homeless people hanging around and the hallways and laundry are still run down. The room was as it appeared online. We even got a full size fridge. It was clean and the beds were cozy. They have an armed security guard and our car was safe in the parking lot despite a broken door lock. The front desk staff was great and check in was easy. Make sure you have a bank issued debit or credit card at check in. Its all they will accept. The room doors ars heavy and slam on their own which was the only noise we heard all weekend and it was minimal.

My room had ant and bed bug infestation. The staff was completely rude. One employee by the name of Brittany lied and stated she was a manger when I asked to speak to one about the issue. I never got to speak to an actual manager about my problem. She told me to go done where while she cleanEd the room for thirty minutes but took and hour and a didn’t even thoroughly clean my ant infested bathroom. That took her another 20 minutes. There were no accommodations made. I had no choice bit to stay in my room because of a booked weekend . I’m leaving this hotel with a 20% a massive amount of bed bug bites on my body and fear that I will bring them home with me. This is unacceptable. Continually, some employees were not wearing masks.nnI could not relax between work on my business trip because of the issue and I’m looking into filling a complaint with corporate or the better business bureau.

The photos on the website do not represent what my room(s) looked like. We had electrical problems, including AC, lamps, hairdryer, and outlets. The beds were hard, one had a broken frame. They moved us to another room. Slightly better, but the thin walls introduced me to the neighbors' techno music at 6 a.m. Good times! In both rooms, the cold water was hot and the hot water was BOILING! But for the money, I didn't have extremely high expectations anyway.
