Been here a few times, overall a good/typical holiday Inn express. Appreciate that they're still doing the continental breakfast during covid. My latest check-in was less cordial than usual, but no big deal.
Excellent staff, Very clean. Reasonable rates Spacious rooms, so so breakfast. I work in Reno often and only stay at this hotel. Actually, I stay at this chain everywhere I go. Highly recommend
Great Staff. Great Price. Everything I needed was @ the Hotel. & Any questions about Reno where easily answered by a polite, cheerful, Staff.
Great rooms, nice and clean. Hot tub was advertised but not working I'm a disabled veteran with a back injury and I was looking forward to it.
The service here is outstanding. The hotel is close to the freeway 580, right across from the airport, close to restaurants, and not very far from highway 80 either. I want to formally recognize the night audit staff Veronica who went above and beyond for me upon arriving. She even went as far as to move her personal car out of her parking space outside so that I would have enough room to park my bigger truck in the parking lot rather than on the street. She really made me feel at home away from home. Thanks Veronica!
