Great place to stay. It's our go to spot when going to Reno to visit my son, who's an engineering student at the local university there. It's convenient, reasonably priced and the best of all, in an environmental setting that is loaded with great restaurant and shopping choices. You cant go wrong with this location, and the lake out back is amazing.
Our suit was very clean. Kids loved that the pool was open! Beds were nice, and we were excited you had a hot breakfast available.
AMAZING SERVICE. I am a manager of a customer service department and I want to send my staff here to teach them how customer service really is. Staff here are kind, respectful, helpful and are just so nice to small talk with. We love staying here. And the free breakfast is here is so yummy!!!!
Always stay here due to convenience. The beds need to be replaced. Friendly front desk people. Other than that, it's a great place!
Great location. Clean rooms. Quiet. Comfortable. Only complaint is the shower was cold. Only stayed one night so didn't worry too much about it. I definitely will start checking for hot water as soon as I walk into my rooms from now on.
