Residence Inn by Marriott Reno Sparks

We stayed for 5 days in March 2021. Wonderful. Great location, near all entertainment but rooms are quite. Very clean, nice pool, but mostly important - we had the best check in lady ever! Her name is Becky and she is there almost daily. We have yet to meet another receptionist who is as helpful, attentive and kind as her. We will definitely be back.

Have stayed at this place. Love the people, the property, it's location. Everyone except the person serving the hot breakfast (due to COVID-19 restriction there was a person helping with serving the hot food in the boxes). was kind and thoughtful. I liked the room we stayed in - has Kitchen, utensils, was spacious and clean. Not to forget there is a Walking trail just a about 800ft from the hotel called Lake Marina Path Trail which is simply great. Will definitely return.

The hotel was super clean and atmosphere was great. The manager was awesome when we checked in. We had a room with a Beautiful view of Sparks Marina. They offered us complimentary drinks for waiting patiently for our room. It was my boyfriend birthday, he was given a birthday beer!

Must stay here!nEveryone that works here is absolutely amazing! I highly recommend staying here! When we checked in Becky was great! She greeted you and had an awesome personality. She was very helpful and polite. The breakfast is AMAZING! Great job on breakfast especially during this time of the pandemic they definitely know how to make everything work. Josh and Tai were absolutely AMAZING! Breakfast was the highlight of our day! Josh is everywhere he gets stuff done! If Josh isn’t helping with breakfast he’s helping with the front desk. he definitely helps the customers with what they need he’s a very hard worker! He’s very dedicated to his work. Thank you Josh! We like to Thank Pupsa (sorry if I spelt it wrong) she works the front desk she was absolutely amazing too! Great personality and very friendly. She greets everyone with the biggest smile. (I know you can’t see it because of the mask but the eyes say it all) I’m mad at myself I forgot to get the other guy’s name (he had the 49er mask) he was absolutely amazing too! He was very helpful and greeted everyone with the best personality!nThe rooms were great! It has everything and if you need anything Josh and the front desk are there with a quickness Thanks guys!nBig shoutout to the maid who was cleaning the room on the 4th floor we know you were busy but you took that 1 second to wave at my girls when they were waving at you from outside when we got back from our lovely walk to scheels I know you was busy cleaning the windows but it totally made their day!
