The lady at the pharmacy was extremely rude, hostile, and demeaning. When I tried to simply call her out on it, she just walked away. This place needs to work on their customer service so they don’t keep treating people like this. What a shame that a pharmacist or pharmacy tech that has to work in healthcare is blatantly rude and demeaning. If you hate your job so much, then do something else because nobody in healthcare should make anyone feel lesser than them. Have some more compassion and kindness and basic manners.

I've been going to this pharmacy for 4 years. They were very fast, had great customer service and the best prices in town for people that don't have insurance! Unfortunately they have been getting worse and worse every year ud83dude14 They hardly ever answer their phone, prescriptions are never ready on time, even when the doctor sends them in a day in advance and the workers seem to be tired of their job or something because they aren't very nice and friendly like the used to be. There is always some issue with their system and they use that as an excuse for late prescriptions more than once a month and they never seem to get the system fixed! If I could afford to get my prescriptions somewhere else, I would do it in a second! If you can use a different pharmacy I would definitely recommend it! Even Walmart's pharmacy is much much better in every aspect!

I've recently switched pharmacies, I went from a terrible pharmacy, thinking it couldn't get any worse to this one. Boy oh boy have they ever proved me wrong. When you first walk up to the pick-up window they don't acknowledge or greet you AT ALL...As a matter of fact, I feel they go out of their way to be as unfriendly and unprofessional as possible. They make you question whether they should be dealing with something as important as life-saving medications, and leave you feeling as though you have ZERO confidence in them. They make you feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome! Do yourself a favor and DON'T come here!! THEY'RE HORRIBLE IN EVERY WAY. And the pharmacist, Amy has no personality or warmth whatsoever!!

They don't answer their phone for like days in a row. Called literally over 100 times. Prescriptions not on time.nnUpdate: They refuse to follow mask guidelines. Corporate policy appay. Scumbags. Hope the place burns.

At first they were good. Very nice and positive experience until I was prescribed insulin. This is not like a pill where you can skip it a day. The first time it was out of stock and I didn't get a phone call, I had to go down there to find out. It took me a week to finally get it. It wasn't that big of a deal because I hadn't started it yet. The second time I went to pick up the refill. I tried calling about eight times but no one answeted the phone so I just went. I found out that my insurance wouldn't pay for it unless my doctor called in a different dosage. Okay after dealing with getting a hold of the doctor and getting that taken care of I called several times again, got no answer so went back in. So far I'm a week into this process and tapering my doses so I don't run out. Yesterday I go in again to be told that my insurance wouldn't pay for it. After I had to ask if anything could be done I was told that they could call and see if they could get an overide. Maybe I'm nuts but I think they should have just done that a week earlier. I was told that they would take care of that within an hour because they really wanted to make sure I got my insulin. I got a call about 45 minutes latet. They were out of stock! Why?!? I have been trying to get it for a week! They told me that they could transfer the prescription to another pharmacy and they would have to call in and get the overide. Okay, I requested that they send it to the Safeway in Sparks. This conversation took place around 4:45. I asked them to have the Sparks store call me regarding the status and if all went well a pick up time. 10:30 am today and I hadn't heard a thing. I called them. THEY NEVER RECEIVED THE ORDER! I MAY GET IT TODAY AROUND 1 OR TWO. I HAVE TO CALL THEM TO SEE IF IT'S READY! NEVER AGAIN AFTER THIS!
