Some staff are friendly but I’ve had terrible experiences here. I’m a firm believer if you don’t have anything good to say don’t say it all but man has this place made it difficult. In numerous occasions I have called to order prescriptions for my son and they “forget” to put the order in. My son requires maintenance medication for cardiac care and it is essential I have his medication on time. On occasion I have had negative experiences with the technician who has questioned if I’m doing things correctly. It has not just happened just once or twice, this is a problem I wish someone would take action and fix. When I call back days later to check on my prescription, and “there’s no record of it” is not something I want to here consistently.

I cannot say enough about Sierra Compounding Pharmacy. They have the absolute friendliest staff ever! They are always so very helpful and polite. We go there once a month to pick up my granddaughter's compounded medicine. We live 100 miles away. The staff is always accommodating to our needs and always will have her prescription ready. The absolute best place to have you compounded medicines filled at!

Thank U very much Sierra. We needed a low dose formula of ursodiol for our little dog Fred and I brought in the vet prescription in the morning and it was ready the same day. Great service, friendly staff. Definitely we will be back if we need more. Thanks Again!!!!

Worst pharmacy I’ve dealt with. The staff here is unprofessional and have mixed up my sons medications multiple times. Their automatic refill system failed to send me a text to pick up my prescriptions. I experienced nothing but rude behavior from the manager, who decided to talk back to me and asked me if I even knew what a pharmacy was. DON’T go to this pharmacy— you will regret it.
