For how busy it was, did not have to wait long to pick up my prescription.
This is the worst pharmacy as far as waiting. They don't even answer the phone in a to timely manor. At the present moment I have been waiting for someone to answer the phone for 45 mln. It is 4 pm on a Friday.
The ladies that work in the pharmacy area are some of the RUDEST and most clueless pharmacists/technicians I have EVER encountered, which is really saying something considering I have lived in five different states and many different large cities.
Some of the rudest people in Reno are employed here. Prescriptions take forever to fill. The LAST prescription took 4 hours to fill.nI have officially moved my business to a competitor. Night and day. I now get treated like an actual customer instead of an inconvenience.
