BEWARE: UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDEnI moved recently so I thought I would try the pharmacy by my office. BIG MISTAKE. I came in with my script and first of all the drop off window was closed and the line was directed to the consultation window, which would be fine if the woman wasn't chatting away with some guy making a delivery. I was on my lunch and it's frustrating that they were just chatting back and forth. Then he finally leaves and she makes the line wait longer as she looks over the papers she gave him (even though at this point the line was growing longer).nFinally I get up front, and I know that my particular medication is a little tricky because it's new, so I made sure to ask if they had it in stock (if not I would have gone to a different pharmacy) and the lady in the front said yes. She informed me it would be done in an a half hour and I bid her a nice day and left.nTWO hours later on the CVS cite it still says In Process and that it won't be ready until tomorrow at 1 PM. So I call to make sure everything is OK and after a 22 minute hold time someone finally answers. I asked what was going on and the woman says they do not have my script in stock and I will need to wait until tomorrow. So I explained that the woman in the front assured me it was in stocked and asked if she wasn't telling the truth? The woman on the phone then tries to explain that it's too complicated to explain to me and I wouldn't understand.nCVS S McCarran - I will N.E.V.E.R. be coming back. As someone that works customer service myself, I would NEVER tell a customer that they were basically to dumb to understand.nnI will HAPPILY be contacting your corporate office, and take mine and my families business elsewhere.

Should be one star but I feel bad for employees. Never never have more than 1 cashier. A customer needednhelp and cashier left to go help her with 5 customers in line. Couldnt she have called another employee? This store has always been this way for at least a year now.nManagers get it together.

When they leave customers on hold for ridiculous amount of time. And i understand they are busy. But so am I! Seriously lacking in managing their time.

I’ve been going to this CVS since 2007 and I have never had any problems. If there was one it was probably my fault. The pharmacy staff has been the same for many of those years and that is a nice thing. The manager of the store is always helpful even though we rarely talk. It seems like he does everything.nnFrom Long’s Drug to CVS, what long strange trip it’s been. I’ve frequented both Mira Loma & Oddie stores since 1981.

Been going to the pharmacy here for little under a year. Staff is friendly and have had no complaints about the service
