CVS

My arms were full as I decided to get a few more things than I'd planned on when I walked in. This employee who was stocking the cooler asked if I needed a basket, made sure it was a cart and not a hand basket I needed, then took off across the store like a superhero and brought me a basket... So yeah. Customer service here I kind of the best, it's not all at this level but I shop here frequently and I've never felt slighted or neglected and have really only had good experiences like this one. :)

Indian woman who works Mondays around noon at the pharmacy is not experienced enough, gave my family and I a hard time filling a prescription which they never did before.

This wasn’t my first experience at the CVS on California, however it was by far the WORST experience I’ve had. I came into the store on Saturday June 27 2020 at 9:10PM to shop around for a few miscellaneous items, I looked around the store, picked up nail polish, a face mask, eyelash serum, fake glue on nails, and then proceeded to the arts & crafts isle. During the 15 minutes (or less) that I had been in the store, there was a young man and an elderly lady with short grey hair following me around the store (the only reason I noticed this was because every isle I went down, I was accompanied by one of the employees as described above.)nNow I get it..... theft is a thing and I understand that employees do what they can to avoid those situations & that it’s their job...... but I am and always have been a paying & loyal customer to CVS. Fast forward-nI ended up not being able to find all that I had hoped for (& since they made me so uncomfortable what was the point of looking any further?!) I then decided to put all the items BACK WHERE I FOUND THEM..... upon walking out of the store, the last item I had left was the face mask (WHICH I FOUND NEAR THE ENTRANCE) so that’s exactly where I returned it. The young man & elderly employee were standing by the entrance..... so they must have noticed me returning the face mask back? (they watched all of the other moves I made while in the store, so why wouldn’t they of seen that?!) As I made my way to exit the store the elderly lady stops me and says in nasty tone “excuse me! Where are those items that were in your hand?!” (As if she really didn’t see me put one of them back right in front of her?) so I replied “um..... I put everything back where I found it, and I’d appreciate it if you didn’t accuse me of stealing” and she replied sarcastically “yeah, uh-huh suuure”nMoral of the story is I will never return to that cvs, I do not appreciate being accused of stealing when I have been nothing but a loyal customer. Kind of makes me wish I hadn’t been so polite by putting everything back where I found it...... there are FAR better places to shop, with employees who don’t make your experience uncomfortable or make you feel less than the person you know you are!!

This is the closet pharmacy to my home so I decided to use it. It's very well organized and clean. I've been into a couple different locations and they had bear shelves and kinds looked like they were going out of business. I'm happy that this locale is so nice.nnThe pharmacy workers are okay, I've had some issues with getting my prescriptions filled. But overall it's been okay.nnI like that this one has a grocery section so you can pick up a few things without going to the grocery store,
