Overall not a bad hotel experience. The room is the Home Office, but I think that just means there is a desk and more space. What would be really nice would be a small table in the big empty space near the window. The flooring is the linoleum where it is hard to get all the dirt off it and when you walk barefoot all seem immediately attracted to the bottom of your feet. They might consider putting a small rug by the bed to help with that so you aren't dragging dirt from the floor into your bed when you go to the bathroom. Towels are really unpleasantly rough, so bring your own. Hand soap and shampoo packets are provided. The staff is nice and it is a good location.
The rooms smelled old, and musty. the beds were comfy, but the lights were dim couldn't see what I was doing. But the heater was good the staff is nice. And there was conveniently good parking.
Blah!! Too bad we couldn't view the room before paying! Like a few others stated cigarette stench immediately. When we got into the bathroom the toilet bowl water was yellow!!! Yes it was urine and dribble in front of the toilet!! The shower faucet needed to be repaired. Never again!
The front desk lady had a major attitude. After you pay your pet deposit she shows you the policy.. why would u say your pet friendly if can't have them on your bed or leave them in the room alonr
