pretty bad attitudes. get angry when asking questions,when taking coupons, asking about prices...you know when doing their jobs
Should be 1/2 star or maybe zero star! Grocery Pickup. My pickup time was between 5 and 6pm. This was the first pickup time for an order from 4 days prior and completely across the city from where I live. I arrived exactly at 5pm, but there was only four slots for grocery pickup, so had to wait for a slot to open. When a slot was available I parked, called the number, and gave my name. 50 minutes later, someone came out and asked what my name was. In an additional 10 minutes, my groceries were delivered by a rude and surly teenager. I guess I was lucky to get even 2/3rds of what I ordered. Not impressed at all. At the very least, the person who delivered my groceries could have been the slightest bit pleasant.
Had delivery. Nothing I ordered was on the shelf and when I arrived the deliver charge was double what I was told it would be.
Very rude employees. Not. Helpful nor kind. Shame on you Smiths
Come here all the time the staff is great. It can get crowded between 5 and 8pm but all in all not bad
