UTE Lake Motor Inn

Absolutely awesome place to stay. Right next to the lake. Great boat parking right outside our room with power to charge the boat batteries during the night. Less than 2 minute drive to the boat ramp. Clean, very comfortable room. The owners are so nice and helpful. They even washed and dried our clothes for us when we got caught in a huge thunderstorm out on the boat. I will stay there every time we go to Ute Lake. Prices are great. I could not be happier with this place.

Ute Lake Motor Inn owners are the best. Made us feel right at home. We went for my birthday and they upgraded my room. Room was like a apartment and very clean. We had the best time.nThe Stevenson's

We booked two nights originally but after we got there we had to book another night the owners are amazing and it was a very nice and pleasant stay will definitely be going again and highly recommend staying here couldn't ask for better people and great room as well ud83dude01ud83dude01ud83dude01ud83dude01ud83dude01ud83dude01ud83dude01ud83dude01

Good for what it is! Be realistic about your expectations. It's clean, friendly, and accessible to the lake. You can come back from a day on the lake to restock supplies, shower, and recharge for yet another day on the lake. Its not a place you want to lounge in all day for a romantic weekend get away.nThe owners work incredibly hard to run this place. They were generous in their consideration of us. The rooms were cleaned well and attended to daily. The window units sufficiently cooled the room during a hot summer day. The beds were sufficiently comfortable but not overly. Amenities like satellite tv and WiFi were appreciated. I only have two real critique points, and only one of which can they control: 1) it would be very nice to have a deadbolt on the inside of the room doors. 2) the water smells heavily of iron so one may prefer to have drinking water for brushing teeth.

Clean rooms and good coffee in the morning. The owners were very nice and helpful.
