Arrived at 11pm and the man upfront was there to greet us. Clean rooms, hot water, soft bed. Slept like a baby, nice and quiet room.
This is a very dated motel but it’s very clean, great customer service and not very busy. If you’re looking for a cheap motel you can trust to be clean and a smile when you walk in the door this is the place! Also if you prefer quite rooms without loud neighbors you’ll be sure to get a great nights rest here.
Nice people at the front desk, check in is super fast. However after waking up itching I found multiple bug bites. After turning the lights on and inspecting the bed I found they don't change sheets. Will never stay there again. Disgusting at best.
Some guy was pacing around the parking lot with English style cricket batt in hand when I pulled up, and no hot water. Don't prepay they refuse refunds!
We had no other option but to stay the night here. All the other hotels were booked do to the power line & wind workers in the area to try to get the electric going for Texas. Our room smelt like pure sewer. It was room #25. We have stayed in over 300 hotel rooms in the past 5 yrs & this was THE WORST. I considered sleeping at the truck stop but had my 2 teenage boys with me. Do NOT stay here. When I told the owner about the sewer smell he said he just had that fixed a month ago....THE WORST MOTEL EVER!!
