Canals Garden is a true ski in ski out hotel. It has free ski valet, excellent complementary breakfast. There is a reasonably priced espresso drinks stand in the lobby. There is complementary wine at 4pm, but I never tried it. Rooms are clean and plenty of space. Staff was very helpful and welcoming. I loved my stay.
Perfect skiers hotel in Telluride. Location is the absolute best (true ski in ski out plus ski valet). The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast of bagels and lox everyday was delicious. Really only positive things to say. Can’t wait to stay here again.
Average at best. Great location but amenities leave a lot to be desired. Rooms are very basic. Old tv's, no microwave, no fridge, no coffee maker, decent free breakfast but lots of room for improvement. Will not stay here again.
I stayed here on my first trip to Telluride, during shoulder season. The staff was friendly, my room was quiet, roomy, and comfortable, and I enjoyed the ease of walking to shops or getting on the gondola just steps from the front door. I hope to return!
Photos don't do justice to the room size or the San Miguel River views out the windows. Huge, two person tub makes for great apre ski soaks, as does the outdoor hot tub. Room would benefit from a fridge and microwave. Great location next to gondola station.
