Cute place, but the beds are hard, blinds are broken and there is no parking. We had to park a few blocks away.
Check-in and management is poor. Rooms are extremely small.
Very convenient and comfortable. Our VRBO hosts were very responsive to our request for early check in. Would book again!
Besides the odd layout, and having to walking into our room with snowy wet clothes and having the bedroom be in the front, but it was comfy and warm at least. Also all the furniture and the back door was falling apart, and the base board heatng got so hot it melted my backpack straps and burned my hand with molten nylon. Also, the smoking rules are strict, but there is no designated smoking area anywhere, but will enforce the rule anyways. Otherwise the experience in Telluride was great, but the locals that lived in the condos were very rude. If you don't like tourist, don't live in a tourist town. The mountain is epic, but I'll be in mountain village next go round.
This is the second time I stayed there. First was 5 years ago. Also for a scientific meeting. The location was great. This time though my apartment smelled bad (urine) and the shower had tons of hair in the drain (obviously, it was insufficiently cleaned). I should have asked for a replacement unit. ....but I arrived late (7pm) and then got busy with meetings. Less than perfect.
