The front desk ladies were amazing, the workout room is great if you like to use machines and not so great if you want to do body weight. The rooms feel unfinished and like they didn’t put time into designing them. The room cleaners are terrible, I immediately saw multiple black hairs all over my pillows and in the sheets. On the bright side the lobby is amazing!
The Madeline is a wonderful property in probably the best location within Mountain Village. We have stayed at a number of ski on ski off properties in the US and this place is near the top of that list. The restaurant and spa were outstanding as well. We had a 1 bedroom suite and thought the room was beautifully done, I loved the bathroom in particular. Needless to say I highly recommend this hotel for your next trip to Telluride, the Madeline should be considered a 5 star resort, I don't know how it's not!
Awesome hotel. I stayed for 5 days with kids. Nice play area, good food. I forgot my headphones and they mailed it to me. Especial thank you to our concierge Elena.
I’m disappointed in the service. Not worth the money...at ALL. We asked to book a reservation at their restaurant and instead of doing it they said they’d have the concierge call-never did. They told me to get my own ice at the hotel bar. The rooms are mediocre.
We were there for a week and loved it. Very comfortable at a great ski in/out location. The staff were all attentive and professional.
